Well, the Friday Movie Mavens and The Travelling Toe went to the local multiplex to see the latest flick which is based on Dan Brown's best seller, "Inferno".

As the plot of the movie is somewhat convoluted, the overview below is from the internet:

Famous symbologist Robert Langdon (Tom Hanks) follows a trail of clues tied to Dante, the great medieval poet. When Langdon wakes up in an Italian hospital with amnesia, he teams up with Sienna Brooks (Felicity Jones), a doctor he hopes will help him recover his memories. Together, they race across Europe and against the clock to stop a madman (Ben Foster) from unleashing a virus that could wipe out half of the world's population.

This is the third movie starring Tom Hank as professor Robert Langdon.  The previous 2 movies were "The Da Vinci Code" and "Angels and Demons". Esteemed director, Ron Howard directed all 3 movies.

The Travelling Toe gives this movie 2 middle toes up with a city map to Florence and Istanbul as you will need it running, hiding and seeking the baddies.
